OLEAH CHRONICLES TRUTH BY MICHELLE JOHNSON

Rating: 5 stars

Goodreads Book Description:
What would you do if everything you thought to be true in your life was a lie?

Sixteen-year-old Angel Seriki must face overwhelming truths about her family when she meets Zander Black, a new student to her high school who is smart, charming and devastatingly beautiful. The revelations he uncovers to her about her family's past changes everything, and as her relationship and feelings for Zander deepen, so do the risks involved. She must now accept her fate and face the true reality of who and what she is. Even if that means giving up everything, including being human.

My Review:
I won my copy of Oleah Chronicles in a giveaway with a heap of other items that related to the book. I then read the book and it was such an amazing story. I love how Angel met Zander and it almost seemed as though they needed each other more than oxygen itself but they kept their feelings to themselves for a while. I very much enjoyed seeing Zander help Angel to find out the secret her parents had been keeping from her, he helped her to open up and become more confident. The storyline was so interesting, how her parent’s tribe and the tribe belief system was brought into play – when she had to potentially give up her human life, all because of this boy she met who opened her eyes.

I cannot wait to receive the next book in the series!

Think Lovely Thoughts xo
